I am an evolutionary ecologist, whose research focuses on understanding the impact of environmental factors on plant-associated microbes at both the community and population level. As a postdoctoral research associate working with Drs. Rachel Penczykowski, I will use genomic approaches to investigate fungal pathogen populations across a temperature gradient to assess genotype-environment associations influenced by local climates.
