Purchasing/Receiving Assistant
Alvaro is responsible for processing purchase orders, managing invoices, processing some credit card purchases and staying in contact with vendors regarding orders pending or following up on invoicing issues.
He also assists labs in locating products in the stockroom, makes sure the stockroom is stocked for labs and handles consignment freezer orders. He runs to local stores to pick up products for labs, passes out paychecks, processes maintenance contracts and make sure all pending credits are received and all returned products are sent back to vendors.
