As the Pipeline Program Coordinator, Diana both oversees the day-to-day activities of the WUSTL ENDURE program and devises strategies to meet overall project goals. WUSTL ENDURE is an undergraduate summer research program aimed at preparing undergraduates from diverse backgrounds for graduate study through mentored research and academic/professional activities. She conceives and leads summer programming, including workshops on applying to graduate school and preparing research posters, and is an Entering Research Trained Facilitator. She monitors student progress, advises ENDURE scholars, and provides feedback on their application materials and research presentations. In her role, Diana also directs programmatic strategic planning meetings and prepares oral and/or written reports on the progress and impact of the program.
