Kari Miller

Graduate Student
Plant and Microbial Biosciences

Lab Affiliation: Elizabeth Haswell

My research seeks to understand the mechanics of pollen grain hydration by combining experimental studies with mathematical and physical modeling. In particular, my work focuses on the role of ion channels, cell wall structures, and intracellular components during this process. I am currently a graduate student in the Haswell Lab.
